The hotel location near the park felt secure. Staff helped me get my bag back fast. Breakfast included many great options. The coffee machine was easy to use after a quick demo, and I appreciated the extra pods and milk. The bed ensured I slept well with pillows feeling soft. I would come back!
The room was quite hot initially. I turned down the radiators and opened the windows to adjust the temperature.

the room was spacious and quiet, and luggage storage was available.
the shower tray leaked, and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. the doors and fittings looked shabby. the facilities felt limited because of refurbishment, which wasn't clear before i booked.
